Birthday Bonuses
Celebrating a birthday? PUMA Moldova offers extra discounts and bonus points to make your day special!
Choose the most convenient way to claim your birthday gift:
1. For PUMA Discount Cardholders
Enjoy an additional −10% discount!
-
Validity Period: Active on your birthday and for 2 additional days following it.
-
Conditions: Present your PUMA discount card along with a valid government-issued ID (passport/ID card) at checkout.
-
Eligible Items: Applies across the entire catalog — including new arrivals and already discounted items.
-
Calculation Method (Sequential Discount): The birthday discount is applied sequentially on top of your standard card tier discount.
Calculation Example:
Buying an item priced at 1,000 MDL with a 10% Classic Card:
Standard card discount (10%): 1,000 - 100 = 900 MDL
Birthday discount (−10% applied to 900 MDL): 900 - 90 = 810 MDL
Total Savings: 190 MDL
2. For UDS Loyalty Program Members
Receive a gift certificate worth 1,000 bonus points (MDL)!
-
Eligibility: Enter your birth date in your UDS app profile at least 3 days before your birthday.
-
Issuance: The certificate is credited automatically 3 days prior to your birthday.
-
Validity Period: 90 days from the date of issuance.
-
Terms of Use: The certificate is single-use. All certificate points are fully redeemed upon use, regardless of the actual deducted amount. Certificate points cannot be combined with regular accumulated balance.
UDS Benefit Example:
For an item costing 2,000 MDL, redeem certificate points (up to 20% of the receipt):
Maximum discount (20%): 400 MDL
Final amount to pay: 2,000 - 400 = 1,600 MDL
Extra cashback (+15%): Earn 240 bonus points back on the paid 1,600 MDL (valid for 24 months).
Total Benefit: Save 400 MDL immediately and receive 240 points for future purchases.
