Welcome to the PUMA Privilege Club! We value every shopper and have built a convenient loyalty system that lets you save on purchases by accumulating personal discounts and bonus points.

1. Discount System (Cumulative Savings)

Every purchase across the PUMA Moldova store network brings you closer to a higher discount tier. All purchase amounts are accumulated on your personal account over a rolling 24-month period.

How to Get a Card?

To join the discount program, simply fill out a short registration form at any physical store or online at pumamoldova.md. You will be issued a personal Cumulative Card featuring a unique barcode and identification number.

Showcase your VIP status by ordering a personalized Gold Card featuring your First and Last Name in Latin script.

2. Bonus System

In addition to your permanent discount, you earn cashback in bonus points on every purchase!

• How are bonuses calculated?

  Bonus points are calculated on the actual amount paid (after applying all card discounts).

  Example: Purchasing a 1,000 MDL new-collection item with a Classic 20% Card means you pay 800 MDL and receive 800 bonus points added to your account.

• How to spend bonuses?

  You can pay up to 95% of the cost of new purchases using your accumulated bonus points.

• When are online bonuses credited?

  For website orders, bonuses are credited by the middle of the following month (e.g., bonuses earned for March purchases are credited in mid-April). You can check your balance anytime in your personal account at puma.md.

3. Important Program Rules and Terms

• Card Presentation: Discounts and bonus redemptions are granted exclusively to the account owner upon physical or digital presentation of the card. When redeeming bonuses at retail checkout, staff may request a government-issued photo ID.

• Bonus Expiration: Bonus points earned during a calendar year remain valid until the end of the following year. Annual expiration occurs on December 1st of each year for points accumulated two years prior (e.g., on December 1, 2026, all unredeemed bonuses earned in 2025 expire).

• Promotions & Sales: Promotional discounts and bonus redemptions do not apply to promotional or special-offer items unless explicitly stated in specific campaign rules. (Bonus accumulation toward purchase totals may still apply).

• Product Returns: If an item is returned, bonus points earned on that purchase are forfeited, and your total cumulative balance is reduced by the returned item's value.

• Card Replacement & Recovery: All cards remain the property of PUMA Network. Damaged cards are replaced free of charge upon surrendering the old card. Lost cards are recovered at the customer's expense (50 MDL recovery fee).

• SMS Notifications: Joining the loyalty program includes automatic subscription to informational SMS updates. Unsubscribing results in automatic cancellation of your discount card and all accumulated bonuses.

• Third-Party Transfers: The company is not liable for unauthorized bonus redemptions by third parties if you share or transfer your discount card.

The administration of PUMA Moldova reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the discount and bonus program without prior notice.
