PUMA Moldova Exchange Policy

In accordance with Law No. 105-XV of the Republic of Moldova dated 13.03.2003 "On Consumer Protection," you may exchange a non-defective product for an equivalent item within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

1. Exchange Conditions

An exchange is processed if the ordered item does not fit properly (too large or too small) for the same model in a different size, subject to stock availability.

Criteria for exchange:

• The item has not been used, and its original appearance is preserved.
• The packaging, tags, and labels remain fully intact.
• A receipt or other proof of purchase is provided.

If the required size is out of stock, the customer has the right to request a full refund.

2. Step-by-Step Exchange Instructions

To exchange a size, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the [Exchange Form] on the website.
2. Place a new order on the website for the required size.
3. In the comment field of the new order, specify: "Size exchange for Order No. [number of your original order]".

Note: A size exchange cannot be processed without placing a new order containing the appropriate comment.

3. Delivery Costs and Terms for Exchanges

Since a size exchange involves placing a new order, standard shipping rates apply:

• Within Chisinau: 50 MDL.
• Across Regions of Moldova: 80 MDL (paid by the customer).

4. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items

According to Moldovan legislation, non-defective items in the following categories cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Sewn and knitted underwear (undergarments, sports bras).
• Hosiery (socks, gaiters).
• Bedding.

5. Warranty and Defective Item Claims

All PUMA products carry an official 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

• Warranty Coverage: Claims are accepted for hidden manufacturing defects (faults) not caused by consumer misuse.
• Claim Process: The customer submits a request, provides the item, a copy of the cash receipt, and the warranty card for technical inspection.

Upon verification of a defect by the manufacturer, an exchange, price reduction, or refund will be processed.
